It Paid Off!

I stayed within my points range almost every day and only used 12 extra points all week. I went to the gym four mornings this week, but due to my stupid fall I won't be able to go to the gym for at least a week. I am wondering if maybe I can still do a little yoga. Sticking to my points was hard, but I managed. I know that is the key, and before I was really using most of my extra weekly points and sometimes even some of my activity points. Well, it paid off this week because I lost three pounds!! Because I can't run for at least a week I am going to have to really stick to my daily points, and I am expecting that it could be a challenge. But I know that with a bit of determination I can do it!

Awesome Corinne! I always lose more when I don't use many of the weekly points allowance.
