Hoping to Continue the Trend
I am down one pound this week, which puts me at four pounds under my start weight. I am really angry at myself for gaining back so much of the weight I lost to start with. But I am channeling the anger into motivation. I am finally back at the gym, but taking it easy and staying away from high-impact activities and running. I did almost an hour on the elliptical and feel great. My gym bag is packed and I am planning on going in the morning before work. I've also started some weight training. My goal is 1.5 - 2 pounds a week until Memorial Day! I really want to lose a total of 30 pounds, and I am down 4 so far. I need to make a ticker!
