GREAT WEEK!

I lost 3 pounds this week which gives me 3.5 more to go before my original goal, which will finally put me in the "normal" weight range for my height! After I get to that weight, I'm going to go 10 more pounds.
My trick for this week was actually going OFF of weight watchers and doing some basic calorie counting. I used my target calories from my assessment at boot camp and ate only my minimum each day. I did go over my minimum by 100 calories on a few days, but I was still well under my maximum allowance. Something I learned when doing calorie counting was that all that fruit I have been eating (since it's FREE on the new WW!) actually adds up to quite a few calories!
I ate terribly over the last two days. However, Tuesday night I did a fat blaster at GWL and Wednesday (today) morning I ran on the treadmill at GWL so I'm hoping not to be off to a bad start for weight loss this week. I ate normally today and plan to eat normally for the rest of the week. I also intend to exercise every day this week to try to make up for my bad eating on Monday and Tuesday.
I have given up chocolate for lent! What did everyone else give up?
