Bottomless pit

I haven't lost anymore weight :( I haven't gained any though so that's good.  I am so hungry all the time!!!  I have been doing good not eating all day every day, but when I sit down for a meal I feel like I eat enough for the whole family!  I need to work on portion control and eating foods that are higher in fiber/protein to make me feel more full.  I have also been trying to drink water while I make dinner so I'm not so hungry when I sit down.

I am back in my pre-pregnancy jeans which is exciting.  Still want to lose 30-40 pounds.  I can join WW and start working out in 2 weeks and 3 days, not that I'm counting...

Hang in there, Sarbear - just being aware is a good thing!
And nursing will help you once you get on the program!!
