Better Late Than Never

I didn't post my weigh in on Saturday. I am only down 3 pounds from my starting weight. I'm not exactly happy with my results so far, but I've gotten here because I am half-assing the program. So, I am back on track and I am going to work really, really hard. I am back at the gym and focusing on cross training and some serious fat blasting cardio. I am counting all of my points and staying within my range every day.
