I weighed in this morning and lost another pound. My weight loss is slow but steady and I am pleased with my results so far. I am down 4.4 pounds since I started.
While I would love to be able to lose more weight each week, I feel like I am really doing this the right way. I am definitely NOT on a diet but I am changing my eating habits forever. I've had a few slip-ups, made some not-so-great choices, but the good choices are outweighing the bad. My plan for this week is to really stay away from junk food and make only good choices.
I've still been eating some junk, but I've been counting it which I am sure is how I've managed to lose weight so far. But now I am really focused and will work really hard to make good decisions and avoid the chocolate! :)

Good job! Slow but steady is great! I have been keeping track of everything that goes in my mouth, too! It does really help!
