Weight loss!

I lost 1.2 lbs. this week!

I tried pretty hard but for some weird reason I was up two pounds for a couple of days after weighing in last week. Not sure why because I was watching my points very carefully. Used my flex points for the super bowl party and thanks to everyone who chipped in and brought healthy food I was able to stay on track by using my flex points. Julie made an amazing cake that had a can of sauerkraut as one of its ingredients and it was absolutely delicious!
Hoping for similar results next week or even better with Boot Camp happening!

Good job Mom! You are doing so great, and a loss of 1.2 pounds after your 4 pound loss last week is amazing! Keep up the good work!

The cake WAS good. However, I can't say I was as successful at staying away from the bad food.
But you are doing awesome Mom! I think Boot Camp is really going to work out for everyone!
