I have joined WW again and will be weighing in each Tues morning at the meeting. I started at WW last Tuesday but really started keeping track the week before. When I got on the scales at WW I was down 4 pounds from the previous week (at home weigh-in).
Julie, Erin and I have also joined Boot Camp and will be working out every Mon., Wed., and Fri. mornings for the next 4 weeks. We had our assessments this past week and were weighed and measured, so in addition to tracking our weight we will also be tracking our measurements. Hopefully, this will be some added incentive for me as I see some inches lost in addition to losing weight. I am not sure that I am physically capable of being successful at Boot Camp but both Erin and Julie have assured me that I will do fine. At the assessment I even surprised myself by being able to do 18 sit ups! Today I received the rest of the results from my assessment and was overall pleased. Obviously there are several areas that I need improvement in but it feels like they are realistic goals.
So, looking forward to a good weigh-in on Tuesday as long as I can stay away from too much food Sunday during the Super Bowl. I am planning on having only healthy foods and hopefully I can practice good portion control!

Good luck at the Superbowl party mom. I am sure you can do it! And I am so proud and jealous of your boot camp. I can't wait to hear all about it!
