Bad Week

Well, I wasn't surprised at all when I got on the scale at Weight Watchers this morning and found that I had gained two pounds. I didn't track my points, and I only worked out three times this week. Not to mention I started my period today. I am blaming the weight gain on PMS and stress, even though I know it had more to do with the fact that I just ate whatever I wanted all week.
So, after my meeting I went to the gym and did yoga. And I've counted all of my points so far today. I am back on track and will lose weight this coming week!
