Last Week's Update

Last week I tried really hard to only eat my points and not eat any of my 49 weekly points allowance or any of my exercise points. I did really well. I think I only ate about 5 exercise points and none of my weekly points allowance. On Sunday I had a terrible migraine and ended up throwing up all day. Monday's weight was a 5 pound loss, which was great, but maybe not very accurate because of being ill.
My goal for this Monday is to maintain that 5 pound loss. That would give me an average of 2.5 pounds per week for the last 2 weeks. I haven't been eating as great as last week, but I have still been tracking everything that goes into my mouth, and surprisingly, even with a couple of really bad late night cravings, I haven't gone over my points. If I didn't work out, it would be another story, but thankfully I have those extra workout points to get me through my weak moments!
So my ticker says I have 8.5 to go, but after I reach that goal I am going to reassess and most likely go for another 10 pounds.

Julie!! WHOA! That is great. I am sure it was your hard work that is paying off and if you stick to it I am sure that you will at least maintain this week. I am so proud of you!
