I lost 2 pounds this week. I am 6.5 from my original goal. Still wanting to drop 10 more after that though. If I lose 2.5 this week I will drop into another decade, which I really want to do before we go to Great Wolf Lodge. I am calorie counting this week. I need to eat a min of 1400 calories a day and a max of 1800 according to my boot camp assessment. So I'm going to try to stay at 1400 for the whole week, maybe 1800 on Saturday because we are going out.
Jason started calorie counting last week and he lost 6 pounds in one week! If it works, I might put WW on hold for a bit. I think my body is needing a change. I'm only down 2 pounds for the whole month of February. I was up, down, and maintaining every other week this month. Ready for another big loss. I know slow and steady is best, but I need a break through to feel like all this working out is really WORKING!!!

Jules - You are doing so awesome - your continued progress inspires us all! Even though you have had a few setbacks it keeps it real for the rest of us and helps us to realize that it is possible!!
