Woo-Hoo!

I LOST 4.2 POUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Counted my points this week and tried to stay on track! I fell off a couple of times (had a rice krispie treat on a stick covered with caramel and chocolate from Kilwin's that I had no idea how many points it contained) but I counted that and my piece of cake I had at the lake as my flex points for the week. I also walked every day since last Tuesday!!
I hope to continue to do great!
