Most things are the same except they have "filling foods" similar to the core plan of the olden days but you count all points and try to eat mostly from the filling foods list.
Weight Watchers is the only program that has worked for me in the past so I'm hoping that I can stay on track for the summer. What I love about Weight Watchers is the flex points so that you don't feel like you've gone off the program if you have a bad day.
The biggest reason I am reverting to Weight Watchers is because of the success of Julie - she has done AWESOME!!!
I am changing my weigh-in day to Tuesday mornings. I will also have a small adjustment to make in weight lost because I weighed a pound more at WW on Tuesday morn than I did at home (I was also fully dressed at WW).
So, using WW weight and adding the 1/2 pound I gained, I am down 8 1/2 pounds since starting in Jan and am hoping to lose 18 pounds by the first of Aug.

Weight Watchers does work! That is good that you are going to go to the meetings and stuff. Weighing in each week and the meetings really helped me when I did WW before.
Mom it's so great that you are going back to meetings. Hopefully it will be the motivation you need.
