I have updated my goal weight for an additional 5 pounds.
Since my weigh in on Tuesday (a day late because of camping), I have lost four of those six pounds, but my weight fluctuates so much throughout a week that I am not going to really consider those lost until my "official" weigh in on Monday morning.
I have taken up running again. I have ran two of the last 3 days. It has been rough but what I love about it is how sore I feel the next day. When I was doing the elliptical, my heart rate would go up and I would sweat, but my muscles never got sore. I think the running is burning more calories since my muscles are working harder. And I can actually feel the soreness in my problem areas (abs, love handles, inner thighs) so I know my body is benefiting from the running. I can't wait to feel really good on a run instead of just feeling like I'm dying. But I know that will come in time.
Lastly, I would like to have another call out to ERIN BEAN!! WHERE ARE YOU?? We haven't heard from you on this blog in quite awhile. Time to check in!
