I've been running about 40 minutes, 4-5 times a week and it is paying off. I am making better choices when I eat because I want the running to really count! I lost another two pounds this week! I am finally on track and working really hard to keep it that way! I am down a total of six and a half pounds and hope to break a decade soon!
