I don't know what happened but I don't have a weight recorded for last week.
Anyhow... I am down a total of 8.2 pounds.
I'm trying to just focus on eating healthier and not so much the number on the scale. Although that is a little hard. And last night I ate a heavy dinner. Rob made some delicious ribs. He put a dry rub on them and then baked them for about 4 hours. Then put them in the fridge for a few hours and then threw them on the grill and bbq'd them. They were so good! I had 2 ears of corn on the cob so I made those and then I was in the mood for a carb so I made the jiffy pizza dough bread sticks.
