I am tired of wanting to lose weight and not doing anything about it. Well, I usually do something, but it only lasts for about four days and then I quit. So, I joined Weight Watchers on Saturday. I signed up for a full month, and then I went grocery shopping and bought lots of fruits, vegetables, light bread, and other healthy food. My refrigerator is now stocked with healthy food and I feel really good about it. I really like the new points plus program and I really think I can do it this time. So, I will be weighing in every Saturday morning at the 10:00 meeting and then I will post my update here.

So glad to hear you are on WW! How are the meetings going? It will be nice to have another person to help motivate us all!
