Well, I lost one pound this week. I didn't do as well as I wanted, but I also ate all of my extra points for the week. I can't complain because I did lose a pound but next week I am sticking to my daily points! Hopefully I'll see a few pounds come off next week.
I am still really liking the new points plus system and taking advantage of the zero points fruit and vegetables.

Continuing to lose, even just one pound per week is great. If you lose 1 pound per week for a year, that's 52 pounds! I know it's discouraging sometimes to lose only one pound, but I think it's a sign you are still progressing and that's great!
One pound a week is awesome - that means you will be able to maintain it - and Julie sure puts it in perspective by looking at the big picture!
