First Week Success

I am very pleased to report that I lost 2.4 pounds on my first week of the "new" weight watchers! I really love the new plan, especially that I can have fruit and it is Zero Points! I found that when I wanted a snack I felt much more satisfied having fruit or vegetables as opposed to a Special K bar, or 100 calorie snack packs. And it apparently worked well for me.
I ate all of my extra points last week and will try to only use half of them this week in the hopes that I can lose another 2 pounds. I think I'll also kick it up a little at the gym and shoot for 12 miles this week plus at least three yoga classes.
I am proud as a peacock and am going to work really hard so that I can report another 2+ pound loss next week!

2 pounds a week is a great goal! I am hoping to lose 2 pounds a week as well. I have been focusing on not eating my workout points or my weekly 49 points but it hasn't seemed to make that big of a difference so far. Maybe it will pay off in a couple of weeks.
