What the hell am I doing?

Why am I paying money for weight watchers and not tracking my freaking points?  I am re-committing myself tomorrow.  I did do Billy Blanks Ab Bootcamp tonight and I plan to exercise for at least 30 minutes every day.  I have a few workout videos from Billy and Jillian and hopefully I can get a copy of hip hop abs from Julie. 

I also took a calendar and wrote my weight on it yesterday and then every Saturday I subtracted 2 pounds from my previous weight and wrote the new weight on the calendar so I can SEE some real goals for myself.  If I lose two pounds every single week until our wedding I will hit my goal weight the weekend of the wedding.  That is a huge motivation for me and I'm really excited that I did it.

My friend Alicia also called and wants to start running with me, so I think that will help me to become more motivated too.

Besides me being huge slacker I did lose 1.2 pounds this week!!  Woo hoo.   With all of my stupid weight fluctuations I am down a measly 4.6 pounds since we started. 

Here's to never gaining again and heading on a downward spiral to my goal weight.

Yeah for losing weight. Sorry it's been so hard. I am in the same position. I just can't get motivated to do it. It's so hard. I need to get on track too! I am in serious need of some recipes and ideas of what to pack in my lunch. It's hard when McDonald's is just around the corner.
