Moral Support for A Few Great Weight Watching Peeps!

Weighed in this morning and I lost 1 pound this week.
I started exercising this morning. My goal is to exercise at least 3 times a week to help boost my weight loss and get my body back in shape. I did 20 minutes on the elliptical this morning. I ordered the Hip Hop Abs DVDs and I can't wait to get them! I want to do those a few nights a week too.
