Monday weigh in

I forgot to post on Monday.
I lost 1.5 pounds last week for a grand total of 27 pounds.
I also exceeded my goal of working out 3 days a week. Last week I worked out 5 days. I ran on the elliptical 3 days, 2 of those days I also worked out on our weight machines at work. And 2 other days I did my Hip Hop Abs DVD, which I love!
I am trying to lose 2 pounds a week from here on out. So this week I really need to get my butt in gear!
