Finally

Well, I lost a pound and a half this week. I am finally down again. Like Jules, I am going to try to work out a few days each week. I started by taking Benji for a long walk/run yesterday. We were gone for an entire hour!

A pound and a half is great! For the record, my current weight loss is at a rate of 1.6 pounds per week. So in this case, slow and steady wins the race! Just keep up the good work and eventually we will all get there!
