Last week when I posted I said that I would be to my goal by May 1st. That is not correct - it will take me until June 1st if I can continue to lose two pounds a week. Also, if anyone is interested I am trying the low glycemic index plan which means that you eat 5 or 6 times a day and concentrate on a protein and a carb at each meal. Carbs need to be good carbs i.e. baked potatoes, brown rice, barley, wild rice, whole grain bread, etc. Seems to be working so far so if anyone wants to borrow my book let me know.
