Cookies and candy have been my downfall this week - I can't stay out of them! But I did notice that Julie and Jason have Girl Scout Cookies and Easter Candy at their house and they still continue to lose weight each week . . . So, my problem is not being aware of how much I'm eating and pigging out instead of counting points.
I didn't weigh myself yesterday because I didn't want to know what the scales read.
I am going to be inspired this week by Julie and Jason and vow to do better!!!
P.S. I may weigh myself today just to see how bad it really is . . . .

Mom, hang in there and get back on track. That is what I am trying to do! I went out and bought some oranges, apples, and celery on my lunch hour so that I have "smart" things to snack on!
