I lost 1.5 pounds this week, so that is good. I am still not counting all of my points, and I really need to do better at dinner and cook a little healthier. One step at a time. So my focus this week is to continue my good choices for breakfast, lunch and snacks, and now incorporate some healthier dinners.

I also finally joined WW online! I am really excited, especially for the recipe builder feature. I made meatloaf last night, and today I put the recipe in and it was 10 POINTS per serving! I definitely need to tweak that recipe! Good thing that the General Tsao's chicken I made tonight was only four points a serving! I'm getting there, and really hope that I will see some good results next Monday!
