I weighed in this morning and have lost 2.5 lbs this week. Which is great becase I'm right on track to lose 18 by the time I leave for my trip with Jenny and Nick. I had to lose two pounds per week for 9 weeks. I have been running every day and alternating my weights with my medicine ball every other day. I feel good and two nights ago had one of the best runs that I have had in a long time. It was the day after the snow so it was chilly and was the perfect temperature. I felt awesome and can see my body changing. I just need some more of that weight to come off!!!
