Help - I am not doing very well - I am having a hard time getting motivated!! I hope that today I can get back on track but I've already had fried fish and french fries for lunch!
Mom- you can do this!!! Break it down and just take one step at a time. Think about each meal and snack being a good choice, not just about weighing in at the end of the week. You are already excercising regularly and that is awesome, actually getting off my butt and working out is the hardest challenge for me, and you are doing great with keeping up the walking. Don't let getting off to a bad start this week set you back, take control of it today! You still have 5 days until your weigh in, you can still lose!
