Weigh In Day 3/14
Hello everyone! I started my new diet on Friday, and so far haven't been seeing many results. I got on the scale today for my weigh in at work and was surprised to see I had lost 2 lbs! So added with last week's loss, that's a total of 4.3 lbs so far. Wahoo! Glad to see so far everyone so far has lost.

Julie, that is awesome! I told you it would probably happen overnight. I am curving toward the low carb route for this week... I am doing the core plan. I started this morning, and it is going ok so far. I am excited because I just saw that 98% fat free popcorn is on the core plan, so that is good.
