Not Couting

Well, I stopped counting my points and feel a bit like a failure. I always start this with such good intentions, and then I just stop doing it. It is hard, but the reward will be so great. So, I am starting back today. I will weigh in on Monday, and my goal is to lose two pounds by the next week!
