I lost 1 pound last week so I am now down 4.5 lbs. I am also back on track and will be looking for a better weight loss over the next few weeks. Like Jason, I am going to try to switch a few things up and see how that works for me!

Well, you are still doing well. Slow and steady wins the race. I hope the changes this week result in some pounds lost next week!

Mom I am proud of you for not eating another piece of pizza last night! :) You are doing good this time though. Still losing!
