Woo hoo!

I lost 1.4 pounds this week!!

Woo hoo!

Here are my new stats:

Goal :            -  48
Total Loss:     -  7.8
To Go:           -  40.2

Inches Lost:   - 6.5

I did drop a decade and lose a point, but did not make it to my 5% goal yet.  So my goal for this week is to get to 5% and to stay under my points every day unless I make a choice to indulge and use my flex points (I am having a hard time eating for my points and not having to use flex points just to make it to three meals a day).  I also want to exercise 4 times this week.
