Emily is weaned as of yesterday which means I no longer get my 10 extra points daily for breastfeeding. This along with a little loss last month means I now get 15 points less every day. I am going to be starving! Any low point/free snack ideas?
I hated it when I stopped breastfeeding, but your body and your appetite will adjust. It might just take some time. I really like fruit bars for a frozen treat when everyone else is having ice cream. 100 calorie packs are good options. Or just reach for a piece of fruit! Berries are actually one of the fruits lowest in calories and sugar. One of my favorite after work snacks is 1/4 cup of oatmeal with some sugar free raspberry or blackberry preserves spread on top. Only about 85 calories. Not sure how that converts to points, but oatmeal is also very filling so you won't be hungry afterwards.
