Anybody out there???
I tried a new meeting last night and the leader was better than my normal one but not as good as the one in BR. I am pretty frustrated. I was up 1 pound last night. But when I weighed in yesterday morning and this morning I was down enough both days that my weigh in should have went better. We had play group at a friends yesterday and she had pizza for lunch. I had 1 slice and 2 small bread sticks. I think it was enough to bloat me up for the meeting, but not necessarily gain. So, hopefully next weeks weigh in goes better.
I have been stuck for the past 3 or 4 weeks just going up and down losing/gaining the same 2 lbs. The good thing is that I know what the problem is; I haven't been journaling. And for me journaling is a must for success. So I am back at it today writing everything down and strictly measuring.
Next week I am also facing a huge challenge since we're going on vacation. Especially since we're going to the chocolate factory! We are already thinking ahead and planning on packing fruit and yogurts for breakfast and planning on Jimmy John's and Subway for lunch insted of fast food.
My goal for this week is to lose, whatever amount it is, just to see a loss. And my goal for the following week while we are on vacation is to do lots of walking and not gain :)
