I am having a really hard time balancing losing weight and keeping up my milk supply. If I eat all my daily points, I lose and my supply suffers. I am trying to eat 7 extra points/day (my weekly points plus allowance spread throughout the week). I am hoping this works. It has been tough though because this weekend we had a birthday party so I ate some things like bruschetta and cake and ice cream that I had to count as the flex points. They also say to eat 3 servings of dairy vs just two and 8 fruits and veggies if you are nursing. I try to get in as many as I can but 8 is a lot! I am going to give it 2 more weeks and see if I can find a balance and if I can't get it to work then I am going to hold of on WW until am done breastfeeding.
If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them.
