Back on Track

Well, I lost the two pounds that I had gained last week, so that is good! I am down a total of nine pounds and it feels great. My target is to lose 11 more and then see how I feel. I will probably try to lose a total of 21 more, so 30 pounds in all. I think I can, I think I can, I think I can!
I am still running 5-6 days a week, and that is really helping because I still am having difficulty staying below my daily points limit.
