Measurements

Ok well I have been doing pretty good keeping on track, I have lost about 3 lbs since I started up again and have been doing good working out. I still need to lose 10 more to get back to my lowest point before the relapse. Last week I worked out 3 days, I walked 2 and did the elliptical 1. I have also been back at doing my medicine ball and weights for my arms. I took my measurements today for the first time since April 10th! I am up but not as much as I thought I would be so I was actually excited with the results. I think I can bounce back in about 3 weeks if I keep at it.
