Getting back on track.

Ok so I haven't posted in a couple of weeks. I didn't post my weigh in from 5/26. That week I weighed in and stayed the same as the week before. Then last week I did not weigh in because I was in Nashville. I got home and got on my scales and I was up about 3 lbs. So I am kind of bummed but I ate a lot in Nashville and drank a few beers which I normally do not do. So my goal is to be back where I was by the time I go weigh in this Friday. I will let you know how it goes.
