I didn't go to WW this week . . .

because I knew that I was going to gain. I am going to get back on track today and I am going to lose on Tuesday.
I have to stay away from eating bad things at night - if I could do that I think I could continue to lose. JB and EB - you have to help me not eat those bad things (drumsticks, potato chips, etc.)!!
