Congrats to everyone!

CB, EB, SB, and JB (Jelly Belly - not Julie BEAN) -
I am so proud of all of you! You are motivation to me to keep on track even when it gets very hard!
Corinne - I'm so glad that you joined this week!
EB - You are doing great - I am glad that you finally lost this week but I know that you have been building muscle the last few weeks!
SB - You are inspiring to us all with your long term committment - keep up the good work!
JB - I know that you are doing great too! Although I know about A&W and DQ and the pizza snack tonight! You will get back on track - I am sure.
I lost 6 1/4 pounds this week!! It was very surprising to me because my scales have not moved the last few days and I thought that I had lost 2 or 2 1/2 pounds. So I am really hoping that it is my scales that are not working property and not WW scales that are broke!
I am doing the core plan and it seems to be working very well for me - I stay away from the breads and most cereals - I have oatmeal in the morning and have either brown rice or a potato in the evenings. I almost always have popcorn for a snack but other than those things I stay away from the grains. I do eat lots of fruits and vegetables so I feel like I am eating much more healthy.
